Eatingwell.com has recently posted an article exploring the biggest food trends for 2010. This list may seem like a lot of common sense, but it will be interesting to see more and more restaurants and grocery stores trying to cater to a more health conscious consumer. Another interesting observation from the list is how the definition of "healthy" is beginning to shift to not only include the type of food, but how it was grown, proximity to the source and portion sizes.
