- Making the Right Decision for the Right Reason

It’s a death or severe accident in the family. It’s a wedding or a birthday. These are events that your children must have an opportunity to be a part of. Family celebrations are a big deal. Things that will happen only once in a lifetime are not going to get a chance to be rearranged. Grandma just dropped tickets for a trip to Europe. It’s a freebie. They’re going to go to Paris they’re going to go to Barcelona and they’re going to go to Greece. Here’s an opportunity for them to see the world and it’s on your week. Are you going to stop them from doing it with the other parent because it’s on your week? I’m sure hoping not but some parents will do that.

- Don't be fooled, it may cost you
Recently, it has come to our attention that some "competing" service have posted PAID reviews trying to compare themselves to us. The biggest problem with these reviews is that they are so obviously paid, biased, inaccurate and deceptive. But, we cannot control the ethical standards of others.

- Early Neutral Evaluation from a Financial Expert: Getting an Expert Assessment Before You Litigate

Early involvement of a neutral financial expert will help parties resolve many financial issues before taking them to litigation. Reducing the number of issues to be argued in court will help attorneys concentrate on the legal issues at hand, reduce attorney fees, move cases along quicker and reduce the burden on our family courts. Proceedings with an expert neutral evaluator will be considered confidential. We encourage direct communication between the adversarial parties about possible claims and supporting evidence. Open and direct communication is particularly important in situations where the parties are far apart in their views.
